About Team George

As many of you know, George was born with a genetic condition that has profoundly impacted his development. Along with a group of dedicated parents, Coalition to Cure CHD2 was formed four years ago to raise awareness and raise money for research. 

While the CHD2 mutation is classified as a rare disease, the gene itself plays a critical role in brain development and is rapidly gaining interest from academic labs and pharmaceutical companies.
